RONALD
SYMENS/ PRESIDENT, CTI
Mr. Symens graduated
from the South Dakota School of Mines
and Technology and was recruited
into the prestigious Firestone College
Class Management Group. He
held various corporate and plant
engineering positions with increasing
levels of responsibility. After
leaving Firestone, Mr. Symens worked
for Hewlett Packard in Cleveland,
Ohio and was instrumental in establishing
the first technical consulting engagements
for the company.
In 1978 Mr. Symens and
Curtis Lamb established Commercial
Timesharing, Inc. (CTI) to create a
time-shared record keeping and billing
system for medical clinics on a multi-user
minicomputer. In 1980 CTI began
to seek engineering engagements in
the manufacturing industries of northeast
Ohio. Under Mr. Symens leadership,
CTI has become internationally recognized
for designing tire uniformity controls
and process data collection systems. Mr.
Symens sold CTI to the Poling Group
in 2002 and continues to provide leadership
and technical design as the President
of CTI. |

GERARD
H. BEISLER / VP, OPERATIONS
Mr. Beisler has a BS Degree in Math
and Computer Science from California
State College, California, Pa. and
has been with CTI since 1984.
Mr. Beisler has
developed systems now deployed
world wide. An
expert in Oracle and both HP-UX and
Linux platforms, he has created real-time
sorting and conveyor systems utilizing
bar coding technology, along with
other data acquisition technologies. As
technical manager, Mr. Beisler is
responsible for detailed and functional
system specification and implementations
for advanced tire handling and plant
floor data collection in the tire
industry. |

TROY
L. ANENSON / VP, ENGINEERING
Mr. Anenson has a B.S. Degree from
South Dakota State University, and
has been with CTI since 1989.
Currently the
program manager for TTOC (CTI’s flagship Tire Testing
and Optimization Controller), Mr.
Anenson has tremendous experience
in real-time factory automation,
utilizing Unix/Linux platforms as
well as Allen Bradley, Modicon, and
Siemens PLC technologies. As
an experienced material handling
project manager, he has implemented
systems for FedEx, Goodyear, Bridgestone/Firestone,
Timken and other corporate clients. |

WILLIAM
HAYS / ENGINEER MANAGER, CTI
Mr. Hays has a B.S.
Degree from Kent State University,
and has been with CTI since 1985.
As the Engineering Manager
for CTI, Mr. Hays has developed many
of the communication technologies (PLCIO)
utilized in the TTOC project, CTI’s
flagship Tire Testing and Optimization
Controller. He has significant
experience in systems level programming
on Windows and Linux, and database
experience on Oracle and SQL Server.
Currently, Mr. Hays is
engaged in Data Warehousing and Business
Intelligence / Manufacturing Intelligence
consulting for enterprises needing
greater understanding from the volumes
of data being produced by modern IT
systems. As the principle Data
Modeling engineer for the Rainmaker
Group, Mr. Hays has designed dozens
of Data Warehouse projects for clients
such as Motley Fool, Quicken Loans,
Carter Lumber, and many others. |

JOHN
M. McCARTHY / SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER,

Mr. McCarthy has a B.S. Degree from
The Ohio State University College
of Engineering, and has been with
CTI since 1986.
As project manager
for the CTI Final Finish Host (FFH),
Mr. McCarthy has worked with many
international clients to meet their
production reporting needs. As
an experienced systems engineer,
Mr. McCarthy engages the larger
enterprise-class projects requiring
detailed specifications, database
engineering, custom applications
and international rollout / support
