The design of this machine provides a simple online or offline grinding system for the purpose of reducing radial force, radial runout and conicity without compromising tire appearance. The system, patented world wide, collects the complex profile data acquired from the tire, via a laser or from a CAD file and through various algorithms, provides a desired tread profile that the dual stone grinders then create.
