This stripping wheel is available as a retrofit for most tire uniformity machines, directly replacing the original.
 
It uses THK style linear bearings to provide a rigid sliding member that resists side forces present when a tire is stripped from the test machine rim.

This design has been in use on machines around the world for several years. Customer feedback confirms reduced maintenance and improved stripping over the original stripping wheel design.
