About our Internal Marker Transport
Our internal marker transport mounts to the TUO head casting at one of its 4 corners. It’s similar in design to our TSAS Geometry Transport, positioned horizontally by a servo-controlled rail table attached below the mounting bracket. It supports both a top and bottom marking head on independent servo-controlled vertical axis. Because of the servo controlled positioning, the mark can be applied at very high accuracy. Use this solution to mark the top or bottom sidewall to identify:
We provide control to place a single mark on one or both sides of the tire. We support our own Hot Stamp or Decal (LTA) single head marker supporting a single color and shape in automatic mode, but both color and shape can be easily changed with manual intervention. We also support most other single head markers (like the KBA ™, etc.), with just a design change for its mounting bracket.

- Conicity polarity
- Tire grade
