The Hasbach Division Endurance Tester is available in three sizes to either test Motorcycle, Passenger Car/ Light Truck, or Truck / Bus tires.


Hasbach Division lab testers come in single station or multiple station designs. Multiple Station Machines use one loadwheel to test more than one tire / size at the same time.

PID Plot

  • A diagnostic tool used to evaluate the performance of each PID control loop (e.g. radial loading, slip, etc.)
  • Allows visualization of real-time PID values, including target (setpoint), analog output, and analog input feedback
  • Equipped with zoom-in/zoom-out and scrolling capabilities to provide optimal performance visibility

  • Test reports available in Microsoft Excel format.
  • Recipe editor included on the TTOC and available via web browser (no need to create recipes in Excel!)
  • Easily edit, add or delete recipes in a single interface.
  • Re-order steps easily with click and drag.
  • Robust validity checking. Ensures your recipes are valid as you create or modify them.
